"Everything was excellent!! We loved it! Room service was the BEST so fast and so good! The concierge Hussein went above and beyond for us. We couldn't find him when we were leaving to thank him personallywe had a terrible experience unfortunately with the people that were putting together the excursions and we’re offering free excursions in exchange change for having us attend a presentation. Our backs went out during the trip. We were in a lot of pain and we could not go on the excursion, nor could we walk around the whole property for the presentation when she misled me to believe that it was in a room sitting or something for one hour. Then when it came right down to it, it was going on extensive walks around the property and inspecting and looking at various rooms and things. Inappropriate for us we couldn’t do it so we tried to cancel, and then we were told that we would still have to pay for the excursion, even though we could not attend because of medical issues. Very, very disappointed at that and ultimately we got out of it and had to sign a settlement agreement saying we would not discuss it. Well, I’m discussing it now. I guess that’s OK because you asked for the info, you asked me to tell you how everything was and as far as the hotel goes, it was wonderful, but those services for those people that were doing that well that was abysmal, and I felt that they were liars and cheats, and just as bad as the people in the airport right before you walk outside in SJD. . "
